Where Children Sleep

James Mollison was born in Kenya and grew up in England, where he studied Art, Design, Film and Photography. Together with Fabrica, Benetton’s creative lab, he wanted to engage himself in children’s rights. One day, he looked at his bedroom and realized, how much of the cultural and social background the place where you sleep manifests. He started an epic voyage around the world, meeting and portraying children and their homes.

Chris Boot LTD published the pictures, addressing children from 9 – 13 years. This book is a beautiful idea to create kid’s awareness of other children’s fates.
